Title: IT Administrator

Summary:

Provides technical support to end users for hardware, software and network issues.

As a small team, we’re all generalists, picking up new challenges, and regularly interfacing with customers. We’re growing, and as a result, we have more questions, feedback, and support tickets than ever before. That’s why we’re adding a customer-centric IT administrator to our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support to end users through ITSM ticketing system for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Configuration of Windows(desktop and cloud/Azure) and Chromebook PCs
  • Software installation, maintenance, and end-user administration
  • Maintenance and configuration of Microsoft 365 services
  • Network maintenance
  • Create and maintain asset lists, service logs, and system backups
  • Maintain warranties and contracts for hardware and software
  • Create training materials

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in a technical support role, or BSc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed understanding of current Microsoft Windows(10/11) and PC hardware
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 platform(strong SharePoint experience preferred)
  • Experience with networking, hardware, and software configuration
  • Familiarity with endpoint management(Microsoft Intune) and provisioning(Microsoft Autopilot) systems,  security platforms(Microsoft Defender)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products(Jira and Confluence)
  • Development experience(.NET, Go) nice to have

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remote
