onboarding process of working with Hansei Solutions and what we will have access to. 

About The Process

When you have your meeting with our team, you will be guided through a process of meeting certain requirements, such as having your practitioners’ and group credentials, along with any other necessary documents and licenses, readily available. If you’re not sure what you need, don’t worry. Our account managers will walk you through the entire process during the onboarding meeting.

Onboarding Meeting: New accounts meet with all of our department managers in an onboarding meeting, so your team can familiarize itself with our processes and put a face to names. 

Dedicated Account Managers: Each account is assigned a designated account manager who handles day-to-day communication and meets with you or your team on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. 

  • Clients have access to go-to individuals on teams for specific issues. 
  • Account managers act as an extension of the clinical/case management team and coordinate with clients during treatment planning meetings for patients.

Communication: Clients have the ability to engage in real-time communication with different Hansei teams through chat, email, and phone. Additionally, we offer an automated system designed to enhance workflow processes and communication.
