Alexxis Ames is a results-driven healthcare operations leader with more than 12 years of experience in revenue cycle management, client services, and payer relations. As the Senior Manager of Client Services at Hansei Solutions, she leads cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, streamline onboarding processes, and ensure client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio.
Alexxis brings a deep understanding of the full RCM lifecycle, including claims submission, credentialing, coding, and regulatory compliance. Known for her hands-on approach and problem-solving acumen, she specializes in resolving complex billing challenges, developing scalable SOPs, and aligning internal operations with strategic organizational goals.
Prior to her leadership role at Hansei, Alexxis served as an Account Manager at the company, where she built strong client relationships and helped healthcare organizations navigate the complexities of insurance and billing. Her background includes pivotal roles at Sea Change Recovery, CRLA, and Ventura Podiatry, where she oversaw large teams, negotiated payer contracts, and managed end-to-end billing workflows.
Alexxis pairs technical expertise with compassionate leadership—empowering her teams and clients alike to deliver results with integrity and efficiency. Outside of work, Alexxis is a proud mom who finds joy in home projects and creativity. She’s also a skilled makeup artist, blending her eye for detail and artistry into everything she does—whether it’s at home or in the boardroom.
