Jessica Cupp serves as Chief Operations Officer of Hansei Solutions, overseeing all day-to-day operations, establishing company culture and reviewing the efficiency of all business functions to achieve greater objectives.
Having been with Hansei Solutions since its inception in 2016, Jessica is perhaps the organization’s most versatile employee. She has worked in every area of the business, previously gaining expertise in verification and eligibility, utilization review, and outreach and relationships. Jessica’s depth of understanding of the fundamentals and mechanics of the revenue cycle process led her to transition into the COO role in 2019.
Jessica utilizes her process expertise to create standardized operation procedures and ensure efficiency across all departments she works with. Upon being named COO, Jessica successfully rolled out Hansei Solutions’ Live Interactive Billing Dashboard.
With more than a decade in healthcare leadership and account management, Jessica specializes in building scalable systems, designing organizational frameworks and streamlining transactional processes to drive results and add value. Her attention to detail and passion for helping others makes her an integral part of the Hansei team.
Passionate about protecting consumers’ access to treatment for addiction, she is an active member of the billing subcommittee for Addiction Treatment Advocacy Coalition (ATAC), which provides political and legal advocacy education and consumer protection. Additionally, she has spent time fundraising and volunteering for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
An Ohio native, Jessica studied English and psychology at The Ohio State University.
When she’s not in the office, Jessica enjoys traveling, staying fit and spending time with her beloved American bully, Luna.
