Chief Operating Officer

Nick Rogers has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Hansei, bringing over a decade of executive leadership experience and a proven track record of driving revenue cycle innovation and transformation within the healthcare sector.

Most recently, Nick served as Head of Revenue Cycle at Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) and One Medical, where he played a key role in leading strategic operations and driving transformation across the healthcare industry. During his tenure, he guided his team through Amazon’s acquisition of One Medical, successfully launched a global revenue cycle management (RCM) function with teams established in the Philippines and India, and implemented AI-powered coding automation, significantly enhancing medical coding efficiency and accuracy. Under his leadership, his team achieved recognition as a leader in employee engagement within the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Prior to his impactful role at Amazon, Nick held senior leadership positions in revenue cycle management with Conifer Health Solutions, a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare (NYSE: THC), and Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH). In these capacities, he was responsible for managing substantial net receivables, exceeding $5 billion at Conifer and $2.5 billion at Community Health Systems, as well as leading large, global teams. His experience includes driving operational expense optimization, global workforce management, and executing impactful RCM and financial performance initiatives that have consistently delivered tangible results, such as a 26% year-over-year reduction in cost-to-collect in a high-growth healthcare business.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University. He is professionally credentialed as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) and a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), both of which are administered by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), as well as a Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP-I) from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). His comprehensive expertise continues to shape how modern revenue cycle teams deliver value and achieve operational excellence.

Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer who rarely misses a weekend on the course!
