As Chief Financial Officer of Hansei Solutions, Reid Halsey oversees the company’s accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting functions. He is responsible for Hansei’s relationships with its board and capital partners and serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, value creation, and growth-stage decisions across the company’s RCM Services and SaaS segments. Reid considers it a privilege to serve in a role where his work translates directly into better outcomes for Hansei, its provider partners, and the patients they care for.

Reid joined Hansei in 2023 as Vice President of Finance and was named CFO in 2026, after serving as Senior Vice President of Finance. His mandate was to scale the company’s finance function from its small-business roots to the institutional level required of a PE-backed market leader with exponential growth ambitions. Over the past three years he has re-engineered the company’s accounting processes and core financial systems, established an offshore delivery team in India and Latin America, and built the reporting infrastructure that now supports Hansei’s growth agenda.

Reid runs Hansei’s day-to-day financial operations, managing the company’s working capital and liquidity, leading negotiations with key customers and vendors, and advancing the finance function through AI, automation, and data-driven insight. On the strategic side, he leads company due diligence for all M&A activity, owns ROI analyses for capital deployment, and partners closely with the executive team on all aspects of business planning. What he enjoys most about the role is collaborating across teams to turn complex problems into simple, unit-economic frameworks that shape the business and guide decision-making.

Before Hansei, Reid held accounting leadership roles at CarLotz (NASDAQ: LOTZ), where he managed all core accounting processes for the $250 million, 400-employee auto retailer. He began his career at KPMG, where auditing public and private clients across the insurance, retail, and manufacturing industries gave him a firsthand education in the financial and operational disciplines that define successful enterprises. Reid holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Information Systems and in Finance from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business and is a CPA licensed in Virginia.

Outside of work, Reid stays active through different forms of exercise, follows Virginia Tech Hokie sports, and enjoys traveling to new places and finding new restaurants. Most of all, he loves being outdoors with his wife, two kids, and two labradoodles.
