Stephanie Howland serves as Vice President of Strategy and Account Management for Hansei Solutions. She oversees the business’s administrative aspects, with an eye toward improving efficiencies and facilitating long-term success. She works closely with senior management to set strategic goals, meet company objectives, and ensure customer success.
With more than a decade of experience in revenue cycle management, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in billing, collections, analytics, denial and appeal review, as well as staff training and education. Since being with our organization since 2016, Stephanie has worked across all departments at Hansei, previously serving as Director of Operations. In addition to behavioral health RCM, Stephanie holds a California State Pharmacy Technician license.
In her spare time, Stephanie explores an eclectic set of hobbies, including hiking, traveling, reading, and listening to live music.
