Hansei Solutions is proud to announce that Brittany Hines, Director of Product for Benji, has been named a 2024 Future Leader by Behavioral Health Business and Aging Media Network, Inc. We are excited and proud to be a part of organizations that value and recognize the efforts to improve the behavioral, mental, and addiction health care industry.
Each year, Behavioral Health Business showcases future leaders in behavioral health that are helping stakeholders unlock holistic, patient-centered care in the behavioral, mental, and addiction health industry. These future leaders are at the forefront of transforming one of the fastest growing segments within the healthcare field – driving outcomes as demand continues to grow across the country.
What makes a future leader, according to Behavioral Health Business? Criteria for consideration of the Future Leaders nomination are:
Nominations for the Future Leaders award come from peers, and in the case of behavioral health, they are recognized for helping patients obtain access to care for mental health and substance use disorders that were previously denied as “unnecessary or ineffective.”
Since 2016, Hansei Solutions has been the go-to for revenue cycle management (RCM) for mental health and substance abuse providers. We’ve got the largest private third-party data set for behavioral health claims in the country, giving us the edge in delivering top-notch data, smart business decisions, and great partnerships. By mixing cutting-edge tech with a personal touch, we build lasting relationships. After working with tons of payers and providers, we created Benji—a super easy-to-use, billing-focused electronic medical records (EMR) solution. Benji makes clinical care, documentation, and revenue cycles smoother with advanced automation, so providers can concentrate more on their patients.
Brittany Hines is a dedicated leader focused on improving healthcare environments. In 2022, she joined Benji to develop a software solution integrating revenue cycle operations with clinical compliance. Her entrepreneurial spirit has advanced the healthcare industry, establishing outpatient centers and aligning clinical excellence with the organization’s mission.
Beyond her professional achievements, Brittany supports her children and niece, serves as Vice President of her daughter’s high school soccer board, and is involved in community leadership. She sits on the board of a local treatment center for first responders and provides CPR/AED/Narcan training through the American Red Cross. With a personal recovery journey starting young, Brittany values work-life balance and prioritizes affordable, culturally enriching family vacations, often on cruises where she engages in family trivia activities.
“One of the first qualities I recognized in Brittany was her incredible energy and drive toward helping others. What mattered most to her was not getting the compliance numbers up, but rather the genuine improvement in people’s mental health and recovery. She consistently made herself available to clinicians, medical staff, administrative and support staff to help elevate their services in a meaningful way.”
– Nancy Kirby, Ed.D., Licensed Psychologist, Health Service Provider
“Brittany is bright, articulate, innovative, and incredibly hard-working. Her enthusiasm for the job comes through in everything she does. She is dedicated, loyal, very detailed and takes great pride in her work. Her positive attitude makes her a pleasure to work with and is one of the reasons she is so well-liked by her coworkers and is sought out by employees of other facilities. I cannot think of a more worthy candidate, and Brittany has positively touched many lives already in her short career, both as a colleague and to the many clients she has helped in their journey. I have no doubt she will continue to be a leader in the behavioral health field.”
– Victoria Delheimer, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, CCTP, CDWF
